Moving Feet Wellness

Moving feet offers classes for the individual to improve their own overall wellbeing. Everyday life puts much strain on our minds and bodies, and there is a rise of muscle strain and tension headaches in all types of bodies. We train you to breathe again and actively work on reducing strain and stress within your everyday life. Our goal is that you and your body is at its optimal functioning for effective daily work.

Classes available. (More classes available upon request)

Beginner ballet using thertabands, exercise balls and mats. 
- Pilates, mat and ball only 
- Stretch and strength
- Body conditioning using floor barre techniques
- Fitness, cardio and endurance for weight loss and wellness 

 This class is available on a Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm
