Ballet
Ballet teaches poise and posture to students as well as reinforcing regional brain growth by introducing the French ballet terminology. From pre-primary classes through to advanced these classes take the neurological aspect further in establishing technique and structured creative movements.
Ballet is a form of dance that requires not only strength, but agility and concentration. It works on posture, core strength, endurance and teacher’s grace while teaching control at the same time.
