Modern Theatre / Jazz
Based on American Jazz and modern dance, these classes are fun and energetic. Using up to date music we instill artistry and freedom in movement. Reinforcing fine and gross motor skills and working on performance and confidence.
The dance form improves muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness and coordination. The introduction to breathe and release techniques are used.Modern Dance is a rhythmic dance style which originated in America and is known for its Jazz and Theatrical qualities.
Uniform
Black Leotard, Tights/leggings, foot panties optional, hair neatly tied away from face. Black jazz shoes (optional) or bare foot.
